Two things surprised me a lot: the high Italian presence in La Pampa, and the relatively low Italian presence in Entre Rios. I thought the latter was overwhelmingly (Northern) Italian like Santa Fe, but it seems that the Italian component comes third after the Uruguayan (mostly Spanish and Italian I guess) and Russian (Volga German certainly).

Well... in Paraná area, north italian immigrants were a very important amount.
But in the other side, the coast of Uruguay river they weren't too much.
And don't forget that there are located very important towns like Gualeguaychú, Concepción del Uruguay, Colón and the city of Concordia if I am not wrong is the second bigger after the capital, Paraná.
So probably for that reason other groups reached a bigger % than northern italians, but they were an important amount, and as I saw in Paraná you can see many of their descendants now.

    LUCERO.

According to this most Lucero are colonials from the area San Luis/Mendoza. i Searched Lucero born in San Luis in Facebook. You just type Lucero San Luis and all the results are individuals from San Luis (you can check it anyway). This are the fist random individuals thaat appear in the facebook search. Maybe for a spaniards this individuals are "very amerindian" but for colonials i think they are quite euro. Imagine this individuals in a bolivian crowd.

Very interesting research!! It should be colonial for sure.
Indeed, the bulk look Harnizos/Castizos and a pair of them almost criollos.

I don't know why but I feel that those puntanos look more similar to paraguayans than to chileans. What do you think about that???
