What European country has the best and worst musical taste?

I had to make one of these threads.

I can't really answer this question, but decided to put it out there.

I'm sure I could research top record sales or digital downloads because that shows what most people buy.

I'm undecided between Spain and the Central/North European countries. Italy, France and above all the UK have probably the best tastes.

Unfortunately I have to agree. Bouzoukia/laika or whatever they call it which is the most popular genre of music in Greece is absolutely horrible.I can't even find the appropriate words to describe it.
Other kinds of traditional music is let's say OK.
Agreed about the Brits.Almost all of the respectable bands are associated with Britain!
