Well...this quite simple matter .... and not any kind of rocket science. Seriously.

There can not be both at the same time (in Europe) ... a military ways strong Russia (earlier Sovjet Union) ... or one which openly/aggressively targets on that position .... and no russophobia.

Just as the first one creates the second one. Opposite a very weak Russia (military ways) => no russophobia.

And as Russians (their leaders) mainly decide that ... they also create/not create russophobia.

You want to say that Russia is again considered "mighty" in the west, and all these "innovative" missiles and airplanes are true?)) Otherwise, we live here and do not notice its greatness from the inside. I am not at all sure of the existence of "great" states in 2019, and of the states themselves. States are now more like private firms.
Russophobia (like the fear of NATO in Russia) is just a fairy tale needed for making money by the military-industrial complex of both Russia and the West.

Honestly I wonder that ''random'' victim part. For sure attacker and victim did't know each others...but that victim was exactly that woman? I doubt.

All 9 stabbed victims in Finland (2017) were also women. These men attacks exactly against women .... and I don't think the biggest reason here is that women are simply physically weaker.
