If you took some street drug/s and the high is unpleasant/overwhelming, call an ambulance. I have been in the exact same predicament.... and I felt immediately relieved when the friendly paramedics arrived..

If you're on prescribed psychotropic meds, then please forgive my misunderstanding..

Why not call the Samaritans or any of the various help centres for when people are going through a mental or emotional crisis and need to talk in confidence to someone for free advice and support? There may be out-of-hour emergency numbers you could find online.
