I know Greece also suffers from third world immigration (like many other European countries), but not nearly as much as France.

It's not just bounded to immigration; corruption, bad management, high rate of drug addiction, communitarian subsidization (like the giant anal plug in Place Vendome) rather than rehabilitating public transport, high taxation causing middle class departure, museumification of many arrondissements, illegal camping, judicial laxness, and housing crisis due to foreign investors obliging popular class to go outside the city (half Paris housing is inhabited), all of them are far more preoccupying than immigration although being important in a special measure, but monomania is not an reasonable process to analyse a social phenomenon, we must see problems in their globality and not run for a scapegoat.

Actually, I think you'll find that Greece nowadays has more initial arrivals from the Middle East and possibly Africa than France does, but the difference is many of them use it as a place of transit rather than somewhere to permanently settle.

One crucial difference between the two countries' demographics, in addition to how many non-Whites each country has per capita, is that (aside from the large Albanian minority) the overwhelming majority of Whites in Greece are ethnic Greeks, whereas possibly as many as half of Whites in France have at least one grandparent from another country - principally Portugal, Spain, Italy and Poland.
