British probably, but it depends how you define "white" for this purpose.

I think Iberian descendants for sure, including mixed race people, not counting mixed race people, it is a tough call.

I would say Iberian descent. Look at the population of Mexico and Brazil alone? Not sure why people think British Isles when the US is the only really large population and how many Americans are of British Isles descent? Even in the US a lot of Latinos are of Iberian descent. All the other countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand etc would only number about 50 million and they aren't all of British Isles descent.

I think there are around 210 milion people over 3/4 iberian in Americas and Europe.
Also around 210 milion people over 3/4 british in Europe, North America, Africa and Oceania.
