For sure these are the most abundant nationalities of whites and also the most spread around the world followed by Italians, Russians and Germans.

Except in Central Asia, I don't think that the Russian diaspora globally is that big or important. What about French people?

I was considering Russians inside Russia also. France diaspora is not that important compared to how their country is populous and influent. French diaspora is just some bit more important than dutch diaspora.

Certainly Portugal and Ireland have the most crazy and disproportional diasporas.

If we refer to full descent, probably British descent people are world wide more numerous, but if we refer to being 80% ethnic Iberian or Brit, I think it would be more even.

For sure, very few countries out of Iberia have over 90% euro iberian people.

I was talking about people who are at least 80% Iberian or more. And there are lots (millions) of people in that range of Iberian ancestry among white Puerto Ricans, white Cubans, white Mexicans, white Venezuelans, white Colombians, white Ecuadorians, white Peruvians, white Brazilians, white Paraguayans, Uruguayans, white Argentinians, and white Chileans.

My impression is that most Whites of Iberian origin from Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil (less so the other countries you listed) have mixed with Italians and to a lesser extent other groups like Germans, Poles, Croatians and Ukrainians.

Still, 80% Iberians in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina are not uncommon at all, and very likely they're millions. More if we talk about places like Brazil (in states where Euro ancestry is mostly Portuguese, like Minas Gerais, Rio De Janeiro, Espiritu Santo, Goias, parts of Sao Paulo, etc), Uruguay (that is more Spanish than Italian) or in many inner Argentinian provinces where the main Euro ancestry is Spanish by far.
