    Possible candidates include France, Portugal and Canada, though I really do not know.

    It's between France or Canada imo.
    Italy has a high amount of peruvians and ecuadorians living there, but the number is probably far less than the while latinamerican community in the first two countries.

    I found this on Wikipedia. France doesn’t hit the list. Overwhelming majority is in the US and Spain. The answer is Canada.

    Canada, it is a lot easier for Latin Americans to get their visas nowadays, and Western Europe, especially France and the UK, Ireland has also become increasingly popular for Latin American Immigrants, especially Brazilians.

    There are a lot of them here in the UK, they sometimes blend in with Southern Europeans, but if you work in sectors where there's a high propensity to find immigrants, you'll see a lot of them.
