    Canada.

A lot of Latinos of wealthy Latinos go there since they get free entry to college and some end up staying since its easier than migrating to the USA.

I didn't know it was easier to emigrate to Canada than the USA, I always thought it was the opposite.

There's a point merit system in Canada that allows highly talented foreigners to apply for permanent residency. In the US a similar system is being explored but has yet to happen.

It is easier for Canada to go if you have talent, but in the USA. It's easier even if you don't have any talent that stands out from the population (Donald Trump wants to fix that)

Canada had 447,235 in 2016, Australia had 179,951 in 2006, and the UK had under 200,000. France also has around 250,000 with the largest group being Brazilians. The Netherlands has over 100,000, and Germany had around 125,000 in 2015.

Japan has around 300,000 Japanese-Brazilians and Japanese-Peruvians with a majority of these people being ethnically Japanese, and many of these being 100% of Japanese blood, just having been born in South America. I have heard that though new arrivals struggled to adapt culturally, one imagines that the majority of their children will look and act Japanese.

Portugal has just under 200,000, but a large number of these are people with fully Portuguese ancestry who were born in Brazil or Venezuela. I would say around half, so it's harder to define them as a foreign group.

Likely Canada, but in Europe the Netherlands has a ton, especially within the realms of the Randstad. ("edge city" literally translated)
