We later found that the R1b is the most common Y-Dna haplogroup in West Europe and there are different subclades. The most common subclade in Iberia ( R1b-DF27) is not the same one as in the British Islands ( R1b-L21) and the one in England (R1b-U106/S21) is most common in the Friesland ( Netherlands) and the rest of the Low Countries ( Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and northwest Germany, parts of Denmark.

The Netherlands is as a whole blonder-haired than Germany that's true, but never blonder-haired than Northern Germany. Please read. I didn't write "Northern" for nothing. Although these two provinces of Friesland and Groningen are similarly as blond as Northern Germany. Friesland is the blondest province of the Netherlands and Schleswig-Holstein which is blonder than Friesland is the blondest in Germany! There is also a Danish minority within Schleswig-Holstein. Northern Germany is in North-West Europe, this is why I included in the top 5 blond!

I was referring to countries, regardless of their populations. Iceland is one of blondest and most light-eyed nations on earth! Well if you don't count Iceland, that alright, it is your opinion. Others could also say that the Netherlands has a very small population compared to that of Germany, right?

By North-West Europe, I specifically mean the following countries and regions: Iceland, Scandinavia, British Isles, Low Countries, Northern Germany and Northern France. Rank the only the top five blondest, not the whole list. You are entitled to your own opinion, it is even better, if you can say why you think so. but your completly forget your local geography of europe,the "blondest" areas finland,almost white sometimes, paler than a finnish hard to find,norway,sweden,denmark is a bit lesser,iceland 50/50 ,baltic countries especially estonia,kaliningrad territory,republic of karelie,belaruss,parts of ukraine,russia until oural,forget northern france i'am from nothern and i'am chesnut, maybe in alsace easterner part of france near germany on the fringe of the frontier,and if the family still not mixed with latins or celts,yes you can find pure blonds,but forget the rest of france, i have seen one younger in summer strasbourg with big tits ( i remember her ),nothern germany the two northest landers,belgium flanders sometimes they are very blonds around antwrepen, uk it's like belgium,they are fair but not blond

not really fully blond is more a ratio 70/30 with chesnuts and brunettes like in scandinavia,but their faces are really scandinavian and they are super cute
