Kinda impressed with Poles/Czechs, Portugueses and Israelis. Didn't know.

Chicago traditionally was the main destination for Eastern European migrants in the US. Most Portuguese people in Paris (and France in general) went there either as refugees or economic migrants during the Salazar dictatorship. Ever since the fall of the Soviet Union, hundreds of thousands of Russian Jews have migrated to Israel, and in turn many Israelis (of various ethnic and national origins) like to settle in Russia.

I'd have thought Romanians nowadays would be most numerous in one of the Spanish or Italian big cities.

I think that for Ukrainians it might also be some city in Russia or in Poland.

But there is no data on where did Ukrainians in Poland settle since 2014.

Yeah, maybe that is true today. I was just thinking more traditional places for Romanians to locate in the US. Most go to CA, TX, or NY these days but 100 years ago they went to Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh to work in factories.

Also, what about non-Jewish Russians? (Jewish Russians are found in extremely large numbers nowadays in Tel Aviv and across Israel, of course).

I think that for Ukrainians it might also be some city in Russia or in Poland.

That is if you actually assume Russians and Ukrainians are differ somehow.
