How did Europeans end up with fine noses

They are usually well sized and sharp, and often upturned. They look like they were sculpted. Meanwhile, west Asians and south asians tend to have unattractive noses. Ones that arent sharp or are curved like a beak, or drooping. They are often too large or bulbous like bellpeppers. Africans and east asians tend not to have great noses either. Why is this?

Interesting question, I haven't the slightest idea as to why..

As far as my personal taste goes, I most like short to medium sized noses, "soft" in appearance.. Find below an example of a nose tending towards my personal ideal:

I personally like the European type noses the most but other noses are also ok as long as theyre not noticeably bad. Actually, I think a lot of black noses can look decent as well. I guess I just like the look of the nose curving out like this:

Re: Black noses, we are in agreement.

In fact, generally, I find African American noses to be more attractive than European noses.

Depends middle eastern and south asian are very diverse my friend have cutest button nose anyway doesn't Matter as long it look good on your face.

Button noses are very attractive, IMO.

I also think that curved noses are attractive on women.

Scandinavians and Germanic people have these 'perfect' noses though. Rest of Europe, you can find some really large or odd looking noses.

It's a matter of taste, IMO.. While I don't find Scandinavian noses aesthetically offensive.. I dislike their general forms.
