I think tattos looks good on females when it's not exagerrated, the whole body.

I think tattoos are a good way to know about a person, not because tattoo or not tattoo, but studying what type of tattoos they have. Since I at least view tattoo as a way for people to express themselves and their own character.

So when I look at that person I think 'this person doesn't respect their own body, their finances, or art.' They have effectively communicated all this without words, expressing their personal attributes through a drawing on their arm. 10/10.

You could say the same about people that choose to spend a whole lot of money on alcoholic drinks or cigarettes.

Or people that are into art in general and buy movies, music, paintings, etc.

Tattoos are bad for your immune system. Your bodies white blood cells never stop attacking tattoo ink which is why tattoos fade, not because of the outer layer of the skin or the sun, although they help the process somewhat.
