What people fall under the Brown category?

I hear a lot of people using the word brown person a lot. Well what does that include? In the USA I think it mostly refers to Latinos, Middle Easterners and South Asians.

Mostly: Latinos with visible Amerindian or SSA admix, North Africans, West Asians, and Caucasoid South and Central Asians. Sometimes swarthy South Europeans are counted.

PS: Middle-East is a political term with no precise geographical borders, better not to use it.

Gypsies, Latinos, MENAs (this indluces since Moroccans until Turks, passing by any type of Levantine such as Jordans, Syrians etc), many Asians such as Hindus, Pakis, Bangladeshis...

Personally I consider Albanians brown too, despite they live in Europe.
