Pretty equal in my experience. I met a lot of both because Canada is a popular exchange country for Euro girls in university. Both are very Western in character and it's hard to actually find a difference between them or them with NA girls.

There is a general understanding and seamless connection with both of them and both have beautiful individuals.

I’m not the fondest of the accent and culture however and by far I would prefer a woman with light skin and blue eyes to one with tan skin and brown eyes 9 times out of 10.
