But Alabama, Misissipi, and Louisiana states are mainly republican states while black vote is generally 90% democrat. If blacks are 30-40% of population, democrats only need a 30% of white vote to win but they usually lose in those states. I supose that blacks vote less that whites and republican dont need 80% of white vote to win.

In Mississippi,Alabama 90% of the whites vote Republican.

You find Mexicans that live in rural areas of the midwest. The majority are recent immigrants.

I'm not so sure - many parts of the Midwest in particular are still easily 90% White. What's more, even some big US cities still have sizable non-Hispanic White majorities: Seattle, Portland (Oregon), Salt Lake City, Kansas City, Pittsburgh to name but a few.
