Yes. But Uruguay, Argentina, Brasil and even Cuba (Puerto Rico's northern europeans and italian/galician venezuelans maybe) have the greater number of pure whites because those countries have a lot european recent migration).

America's white population is somewhere in the 60s. Certainly over 61% but the exact number isn't known because of the whole Hispanic thing. How many Uruguayans are over 90% European?
