What is your Body Fat Percentage?

I'm currently at 21% body fat, began training cycle for definition 2 weeks ago after long summer pause where I worked on mass. Pretty satisfied, but I'll lower it at 17%, think this would be my ideal. I don't want to go below that, looks ugly.

14%. 5'9. 155 pounds. Electrical impedance method.

At one time I was 170 pounds with about 12% bf, unfortunately age and injuries have taken a toll. I'm feeling pretty good now so I am hoping to get bigger, stronger, and fitter this year.

*Update*, I am back up to 165 lbs now, had a better year of lifting, less injuries/pain.

I'm down to 20% body fat and I am not losing weight at all. My estimation is I will reach 17% in a month and half-two months, and I'm trying to remain at my current weight hehe.
Realised I feel really good with new added bulk.
