Truly great feats require self discipline , even if you dont have extraordinary talents as most people dont but if you can have mastery of self discipline you will be able to achieve a lot .

Even if you could conquer the world without conquering yourself first, you could easily be turned into a slave-puppet by someonse else (slave to pleasure, to angry/fear or any other thing). People who conquer "the world" without conquering their animal side first always turn in lame dictators or silly puppets.
So this question is really easy actually.
