We are receiving help of israeli militaries due an disaster in mine here, obvious as a populist he would participate with (incipient) troops in Venezuela in a case of american intervention, but never do the job alone, even because we don't have offensive means for it, despite venezuelan military is dismantled, with Maduro counting just with some high rank officials (weak) support, low rank militaries are close to a riot.
