England is the least diverse country (at least historically, pre Bliar's mass immigration), after Wales, Scotland and Ireland. After England it's Poland. This is based on the diversity of Y haplogroups.

The most diverse is in The Balkans, probably Albania. They have had a lot of movement in that area, from the south, up from African, from the east from the Ottomans, from the west from the Romans and from the north with the Slavs. They've had a lot of instability and empires, causing a lot of movements.
