I don't. (I think many U.K. politicians are Eurocratic servants of their EU overlords.)

But this isn't a comparison between UK politicians and other European politicians in the EU controlled states;- it's a comparison between the political crisis and deadlock in the U.S. and the political crisis and deadlock in the U.K. at the moment.

The Democrats in the U.S. are trying to stop Trump from being able to build a wall along the border.... despite Americans democratically voting for Trump who'd promised them in his presidential campaign that he would build a wall and have more border control... and the Remain MP's in the U.K. are trying to sabotage and block Brexit in order to remain in the EU... despite British people democratically voting to leave the EU. Trump had to shut down the U.S. government whilst they've tried to negotiate a deal over the proposed wall. The U.K. still can't negotiate a deal on leaving the EU and is also in political turmoil.

US is working well because how hard working and dynamic are its people and how spirit of initiative they got.
However,the Washington governments from the last 20 years,not matter if they were Republicans or Democrats,were not competent and were wasting public money while doing mostly nothing for the average US citizen.
