This one has higher than average hunter-gatherer (WHG probably) admixture, that's why he is closer to Basques than to Sardinians.

Description
In 2011 archaeological excavations near the village of Koszyce, Poland, uncovered a 5000-year-old mass burial with the remains of 15 men, women and children belonging to the Globular Amphora culture. All had suffered violent deaths but had been buried with great care.

How do you get the raw data for ancient samples

this guy had definately some steppe ancestry (24% steppe on Gedrosia K12), and is modeled as 50% Basque (basques are 30% steppe) which would agree with Gimbautas theory that GAC was the earliest intrusion of indo-european peoples.

GAC had zero steppe admixture, the algorithm is just compensating for higher WHG admixture with a relatively low steppe and WHG-rich modern population on the lack of more proximate sources.

Btw Peterski, how many SNPs were used in this run?
