Were Nazi troops from WW2 really Nordic races?

You could be as nordic as possible, but if your commanders make foolish tactical decisions, are very outnumbered in terms of men and material, plus dont give you proper winter clothing/equipment, there's little you can do to win.

I have started to think, who would win a war?
And after a summary thinking based on the few information I previously had, about Mexico and Argentina I supposed that:
Argentine might win, because they got plenty of Nazis in their country.
And it seems that Nazis are good in war, unless they do not fight against Brits or Americans or against Russian Winter.

Now, when wrote Winter this somehow brought in my mind the idea of Nordicism and Nordic race and I started to wonder, how is possible that if those Nazi troops were such Nordic race, the Russian Winter defeated them?
While the Russia NeoEmpire (named USSR) army handled much better the Russian Winter.
Which lead me to think that Russians are more Nordic than the Nazis.
Now, Russians had also in their army Mongolians and even Tatars while most Nazi troops were Germans.
So, it seems that Mongolians and Tatars are more Nordic race than Germans are.
Also, is clear that Russians and Ukrainians, which were in NeoRussia Empire (named USSR) were more Nordic race than the Germans.

Central-Eurasians are much more resistant to different climates than the peoples which lives near of seas, thats the why lol.
Also nordics aren't cyborgs or something, they have some weaknesses like any other subrace.

Average Romanian have clearly more cold resistance than average Hungarian.
Regarding the lactose tolerance: Average Romanian is very lactose tolerant.
Much more tolerant than average Hungarian or Croatian.
Average Moldavia inhabitant is much more cold resistant than average German and is same with Maramures people.
