I think it is somewhat scary and a bad sign for Europe that France and Belgium have such low percents for their culture. This kind of makes sense for why France and Belgium have such a problem with radical Islam festering in their cities. If the locals have such a low regard for their culture the Islamic radicals will take advantage and fill that void.

I think this is not a good sign. Belgium and France have to be careful or they might end up having a real mess on their hands as it they both have a large Muslim population.
