What do you guys think of so called "niceguys"?

I think the idea that nice guys lose out to bad boys, as a matter of course, is unrealistic..

There's a massive difference between nice guys and Nice Guys™. Guys who are simply nice people (amongst other attractive qualities) will finish first. Or among the beginning of the pack.

What we know as Nice Guys however are not really nice. Visit r/Nice Guys on Reddit or read Models by Mark Manson or No More Mr Nice Guy Robert Glover to get a real idea of how fucked in the head these people are.

I'm nice guy #1 as far as I can tell, unfortunately I don't have the other attractive qualities I mentioned. But you can learn those.

See here's the thing I don't like. There ARE lots of guys who fall into the first category who definitely don't "finish first". Denying that is ridiculous-we all know guys like that.

On the other hand, a lot of guys are wrongly placed into the second category just because they voice out their grievances and become bitter with the current state of affairs. Now this is not to say that there aren't entitled manipulative assholes who think they're "nice" but the black and white picture is completely wrong.

I think that, for sure, bad boys hold a certain allure for females (but in certain senses and contexts)..

I'd argue that, notwithstanding some potentially general rules of physiology and attraction, female psyches are diverse (as relates to OP).. as diverse as their life-situations, past experiences etc etc.. a female might go through a phase in her life in which she is drawn to badboys.. at another point in her life she might find herself attracted to more seasoned or stable men..

I do believe this "attraction to badboys" is "a thing"... but I don't think that it extends to the general rule: nice guys come last..
