Can phenotypes be altered due to environmental factors? I was born in Thailand but moved to England when I was about 4 years old and was raised there, I'm now 22 years old. I'm a lot more more resistant to cold weather than my mum who lived in Thailand all her life until we moved to England (my skin gets red quite easily when it's cold or when I get hot). I'm taller than the average Thai woman and man, I noticed that my body type is also more similar to the English girls around me than the Thais as well even if my body frame still looks smaller than theirs.

100% yes it can. I said you have a "baby like" face. A different nutrition and physical conditioning probably made taller and more robust than should be.

Thanks I'll go with 23andme to start with. Out of curiosity how old did you think I was? People are surprised when I tell them how old I am because they think I'm still in college haha its probably my chubby cheeks that fool them, I try not to smile too widely in pictures because it always makes my face look bigger than I like.

Hello everyone I'm new to all of this. I was born in Thailand but was raised in England.
How would you classify me? Where do you think I could pass?
My father's side of the family is from Bangkok and my mums side is southern Thailand as far as I know. She often gets mistaken as a Filipina while I'm often mistaken as Chinese and even had people from China start talking to me in their language.

Hair: black, thick with slight waves(used to be very straight when younger). I have medium body hair, but is quite hairy compared to my mum.
Eyes: dark brown
Skin: fair-light brown (can tan to dark brown, fades very slowly if I minimise sun exposure)
Height: 5'6"/168cm
Body type: dominantly ectomorph mixed with mesomorph
Trunk length: mesoskelic

IMO you don't look that Thai, as far as classification goes I agree with Sacrificed Ram that your phenotype doesn't fit in the current list of phenotypes. By the way you are very pretty.

I think you are sui generis case, your phenotype doesn't fit in the current list of phenotypes and not described by authors. I also think your phenotype was very altered by development in womb as also you have strong effect of neoteny. (IMO)
