the issue is that people on here equate "darker" with "worse", i.e. they judge others by how apparently "light" or "dark" pigmented they are, which is ridiculous, lol.

other than that, mine is just a personal opinion, you may disagree, I don't mind. I don't find Greeks "dark" - they have black hair but most of the times a white face that makes a nice contrast with the hair. also, their full beards are awesome, you know a goodlooking robust man with a full beard is called "a Greek god"

nope, no European people is "dark", but if we are to say who's the most brunet population on average I think it's in southern Romania, where at least three main influences from the Mediterranean belt are seen: Dinarid brachy back of the head, Armenoid hooked noses and Mediterranean small faces.

Belgians, northwestern Europeans, are darker than Bulgarians, south eastern Europeans?

If Bulgarians, maybe. I have yet to see a dark Bulgarian. Skin wise, at least. Besides Belgium could well be the darkest in NW Europe for skin.

as I was saying, it was only my opinion, don't need to be so passionate, many disagree with me anyway and I take no offense if they do, each has the right to an opinion.

There are plenty of swarthy Bulgarians. They are not that different from other Southern Europeans. In the case of Belgium in the NW Europe quadrant, we do have the highest frequency for skin type IV(skin which burns minimally, and tans well), maybe the darkest in the quadrant. However at the same time, we also have the third highest frequency for skin type I (skin which always burns, never tans, palest, freckles easily), only surpassed by Ireland and the United Kingdom.
