I second Malta and Cyprus. Then, considering the nations as a whole - not regions - Portugal, Spain, Italy, the Balkans, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece, followed by France and some parts of the British Isles as Wales and Ireland. Also Russia as a whole, I guess.

Wales and Ireland, nonsense guys, the Irish are probably more white people in Europe and where the red hair is more common, this thread is full of topics and wrongs informations.
South Italy, Macedonia, Malta, Albania, Greece and Portugal are the darkest people in Europe followed Spain and North Italy and South France, Croatia and Serbia ect... and should include other small countries and vast areas of Russia or better old URSS.
