My grandparents had it:
He is mostly Swedish/Finnish and his dad was white blonde...

It is an old black and white photograph. Thus it is difficult to tell if it is truly black or just dark brown or even just deep chestnut.

Well Lithuania is the least blond of all the Baltic States. Black hair despite being uncommon was said to be 7%. Lithuania is not as fair-haired as Latvia, let alone Estonia! Although the vast majority have blue, gray or green eyes.

That's a Soviet-era picture, and even in 2001 Vilnus was only 57% Lithuanian.

but how dark is dark brown, the uk study found 35% dark brown, but there was no medium brown option, only light brown so you have to choose. CHOOSE CHOOSE CHOOSE

Well thank God we still had anthropology in SU and it didn't fell under shadow ban like in the West. It's W and Y in the last Picture.
