As you can see here, the least blonde areas of Ireland are the Gaeltacht, the Gaelic speaking and their by least genetically and culturally impacted of the Irish, I'm not saying the Irish aren't naturally blonde, their mythology is evidence enough that they knew of blonde hair from an early date, I'm just saying it was rare before Germanic and French peoples came there
Firstly, I have my doubts with that map of blond hair, as it was made by an amateur. There is no true evidence that Germanic or Norman people «increased» the frequency of blonde hair in Ireland. Although if you talk about Great Britain, then you could say that the historical area which was known as Danelaw still has the highest incidence of blond hair. However you cannot do the same for Ireland. This is because the area which recorded the highest incidence of light hair is in the most Gaelic area of Ireland, the Aran Isles just off Ireland’s west coast. It is better to get facts straight, don’t you think?
As I have already told you, not all Germanic people had yellow hair, some were dark as well. There is now genetical evidence proving it.

Dark brown is rare already. I've read about a phenotype called "nordoid" which is a halstatt with jet black hair but I have never seen anybody with it, and not exactly northern european by location either

Lithuania is also darker - haired than the other Baltic States and Finland. Approximately 40% have dark brown shades and 7% are black - haired.

JET BLACK Hair is VERY VERY VERY rare in ALL Europeans, what most people think is BLACK Hair In Europe, is usually just very very very dark brown hair. However there are some Europeans who are fully European with fully purely Jet Black Hair, but they are rare and a significant minority.
