Actually out of 3 Latvia probably has most ties with Poland. But Slovenia perhaps has more than Estonia (not familiar with Baltic region history that much though, I think they were ruled by Swedes mostly).
Part of Poland belonged to Habsburg Monarchy just like Slovenia did. Yet no Polish minority in Slovenia, in Baltic states they are.

Racially I think it's Latvia and Estonia due to Baltids/Neo-Danubians but in pigmentation more like Slovenes - generic Central European- Poles bit lighter but not much. Just my guess though.
Slovenes are mostly Alpine and Noric. Estonians and Latvians are uniformly blond I think.

In haplogroups Poland resemble more Slovenia (R1a followed by R1b) than Latvia/Estonia (R1a, N1c).
