    Colombia IMO.
    Even colombian genetically is 55/60% Euro average, but in my opinion has a little more indomestizos than others.

    In Venezuela, Amerindian tribes are more common than in Costa Rica, if I'm not wrong. And indo-mestizos are not uncommon in the Venezuelan llanos and the Guayana region in southern Venezuela. Even you can find decent numbers of them in the large cities of the northern regions bordering the Caribbean.
