That just accounts for blondes with blue-eyes and that 20% is outdated compared to the more than 30% blonde & blue-eyed/grey-eyed population of Utrecht in 2004. Around 61% of the Dutch have blue-eyes even higher than Irish or Scottish people, but leaves out a good chunk of the population regardless. The total percentage of blondes in the Netherlands is probably closer to 40% as a whole in reality. Your numbers never show the full-picture and you are one annoying bastard.

3) Hamburg ( North Germany), Lower Saxony ( North Germany), Bremen ( North Germany), Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (North Germany)
4) Groningen ( North Netherlands)
5) Drenthe ( North Netherlands)

To be honest native English of London are only SLIGHTLY less blonde than natives of Amsterdam. It's true I had a super small sample, but at least that's what my eyes saw: Germanic looks are everywhere...

I am inclined to agree though very blonde shades i feel are more common in the central and northern Netherlands including Amsterdam, most British blondes tend to a sandier shade of blonde.

You are wrong. It would depend on the study. The Dutch aren’t homogeneous.
