Give me a break, fella. Turkey? Really? You must be kidding (great sense of humour by the way) or you are not Ok. Natural blond hair is not common at all in Turkey. I'm not talking about those who bleach their hair to look even more like Europeans. The overall ratio for blond hair among the Turkish people is barely 4%. Thus, I wouldn't even compare Turkey with Southern European countries.

The difference between these North-West European nations is small and should not be exaggerated.
Blonde hair :
The Netherlands : 40.9%
England : 35.45%
Red hair
The Netherlands : 2.5%
England : 8%
Black hair
England : 4%
The Netherlands : 2.5%
It is easy to deduct that the Netherlands is as a whole slightly blonder-haired than England, while England as a whole is more ginger-haired than the Netherlands, but not to the same extent as those in the Celtic Fringe ( Wales, Scotland and Ireland). In both nations, the most common eye colour is blue.
