All Maghrebis have a strong Iberian component in their DNA, it's ancient and comes from the Iberomaurisian period (20 to 50% of our DNA according to some studies). Iberia and NW Africa were basically more or less the same people at that time genetically speaking. This affinity makes sense anyway as both regions are very close geographically speaking.
I think the highest scores are in Northern Morocco and NorthWest Algeria, from where I am from, which makes sense because I think the Iberomaurisian culture was born in my region. The oldest site of Iberomaurisian culture in North Africa is located in Maghnia, Algeria, few km from my village.
I think most of our Iberian heritage is way older than the Andalusian period and Morisco ancestries only concerns a significant minority in few regions
