Out of curiosity, how well do you think he could pass as a White Brazilian (outside some remote villages in the far south of the country)? Although I generally maintain that it is easier for Northern Euros to pass at least as atypical Southern Euros than the reverse - even those who look strongly Nordic - I think the OP might be a case of one who does look too 'extreme' for that.

Hard to say. We associate that phenotype with gringos, but if he spoke Portuguese with a BR accent he would pass.
But I'm pretty sure that the average Brazilian, if we saw him in the streets here, would think he is a gringo.
