Mexico received migration from southern Spain in the beginning. Later on it was spaniards from the north - central regions.

In Venezuela mostly Canarians, Galicians, and Portuguese (mainly from Azores) though there were also immigration from other parts of Spain, like my mom and her parents, who are/were from Mallorca.

There are also Catalan clubs, Basque clubs, etc.

Occitans (or the area historically inhabited by Occitan-speaking communities in Southwestern France) comprised most of the French immigrants to Argentina. There were also some Occitan-speaking Northwestern Italian immigrants.

There's a small Occitan-speaking community in the city of Pigüé, Buenos Aires Province.

Venezuela certainly has one or the most diverse iberian origins. It was the most difficult for me, I end up putting all Iberia for them.
