I don´t think they can pass in Los Altos, because there people have more castizo looking and they look more iberian

None of them. The places you chose are whiter than their respective countries (except for Manaos, Brazil), but that doesn’t mean they’re white.
Those places are homogeneously harnizo-castizo with some whites and overwhelmingly Iberian and admixed since colonial times. The people on the video would stand out as tourists in any of those places, and practically anywhere in Latin America except for the Southern Cone.
I think they could pass in Uruguay or Southern/Central Brazil better than anywhere else.

These people dont pass in those places at all. But they look like rural people from Paraguayan border with Brazil where they receive many polish brazilian immigrants from Parana. I think the border with Brazil is the whitest region of Paraguay.
