Why are east European females so overrated?

I don’t really like the way they look frankly. The Slavic look is not for me. Why do many of them have protruding lips and mouths.

People usually find as more atractive the kind of people who lives in the area where they are from.
I also find as the most attractive the people from my home country and surrounded countries.

Ukraine has the most beautifull woman I've ever seen.
Russian woman are probably the cutest out of all bunch.
South Slavic woman have probably the highest sex appeal out of all slavics, but at the same time least cutest.
And in central-Europe you can find some incredibly beautifull woman too.
