It should tell you all you need to know about the Chinese and their perception of copyright, individuality and actual hard work through innovation.

This week's China News Headlines! #Huawei's CEO Ren Zhengfei says Huawei would never share information with the Chinese government or create a backdoor for the CCP. He's a lying liar! But Huawei is also suing the US government. So much for US China relations. A new microwave weapon that causes extreme pain—was it used on US consulate workers in Havana, Cuba and China? China plans to send a probe to Mars. Social Credit system denies millions travel. And the UN wants to go to Xinjiang!

Wake up and smell the coffee.

The true problem is who could be behind Huawei, if chicom alone is behind it(surely true), just boycott and be fine, if someone else is with them/chicom, you will have to boycott all 5G systems. Of course, chicom developed 5G in advance because they can freely exploit a huge country with resources and manpower. 5G has always been controversial, there were health and privacu concerns. My opinion is that 5G should not be pushed into civilian use, maybe OK for corporate and government facilities.

I know one thing: the EU should ban ZTE and Huawei from doing any further business here. Those companies are an actual security risk.

Agreed. The Chinese smart enough trying to convince everyone to use their advanced technology for "cheap", even though it comes to a more expensive price: national security and privacy risks.

They already installed a military base in Patagonia with the excuse of a "scientific center for space study", which is in reality a military-run space station, with the capacity of gathering information from all types of telecommunication: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-s...-idUSKCN1PP0I2

There is nothing technically breaking about 5G itself, just more energy into the spectrum and cloud computing stuff, a load of scheisse. I call it the science of money.

Huawei went from being an unknown startup to one of the most influential smartphone players in just 30 years. Watch our video to learn how they did, and more importantly, why their shady practices angered the Western world.

Apple is one of the most valuable companies in the world, but today its throne is threatened by the Chinese company and its more fierce competition, Huawei. The Chinese brand Huawei has not been slow in reaching the third place in sales of cell phones and could easily surpass Apple and Samsung very soon. The reign of Apple and Samsung seems to be coming to an end, and of course, the White House has not stood still before the unprecedented rise of Huawei and Chinese technology, which has produced even more diplomatic clash between Washington and Beijing. Today we will see not only what these two brands have in play, but what both countries are risking and facing.

The Trade War between China and the United States is already affecting its first victims. Last week, Trump, with an executive order banned all US companies from doing business with Huawei. This fell like a bucket of cold water to the company and, being very realistic, it will limit its exponential growth. This is the most radical action the White House has taken to date and the Beijing response is still awaited. One of the possible options that China has is to veto Apple, but Huawei's CEO has already spoken out against this. What does this imply for Huawei users in the midst of a battle between the two greatest powers in the world? We'll see today.

Wake up and smell the coffee.
