Irish people with these traits are sometimes known as the "Black Irish".

Nothing special. Quite common for Irish to have brown or black hair.

Top of the mornin to ya I'm Jacksepticeye. Real name Sean McLoughlin. He looks like most Irish people as I'm sure most people would realise i.e pale skin, blue eyes and brown hair. He is fully Irish and he also did 23andMe but this is about a year and a half so before the latest update.

The Black Irish term is extremely annoying and stupid. It's not an Irish term.

And what do you call people like Aidan Turner & Colin Farrell if "black Irish" is annoying & stupid? They can't be typical Irish as neither are pale skinned, blue eyed, or brown haired.

What do you call Germans or Russians who are dark haired and brown eyed? Black Germans? The term originated in the US and no one really knows exactly what it meant. I call them Irishmen just like you would call any other person of an ethnicity what they are. As I explained the term isn't used in Ireland or anywhere else for that matter i.e. Europe, Australia etc. Are we going to call Irish redheads Red Irish?
