Missed my point. I know the English are more neolithic farmer shifted. Not all neolithic farmers were the same though. GAC/Funnelbeakers were light pigmented and British farmers were dark pigmented. The Irish have more local farmer ancestry, the English have less due to more Germanic ancestry, who had more GAC admixture.

There wasn't much local neolithic farmer ancestry left in either place and definitely not in Ireland. Irish are a little more Beaker anyway

Black Irish are a thing though, mainly because the Irish have an excess of British Isles neolithic farmer admixture who were really dark and not as HG admixed as opposed to light and more HG(specifically very light SHGs and Baltic HGs as opposed to WHGs) admixed GAC and Funnelbeaker farmers, whether or not Irish use the term or if it's an America term is irrelevant, Irish are known for not being racists and don't give a shit about that kind of stuff lol.

Most of the EEF in Irish is GAC like not from British/Irish farmers whom more or less were completely replaced. And btw some British neolithic genomes had alleles for blondism as well not just GAC/TRB EEF.

The Black Irish term is extremely annoying and stupid. It's not an Irish term.

There have been dark haired Atlantids along the coasts of insular and continental Europe for thousands of years from pre-historic Mediterranean migration. My father and I both have dark brown hair that went prematurely grey-white in our 20s.

Ottar have you looked at any genetics? We know a lot now about population genetics and there has been a few studies done on Ireland. There is some genetics posted in this thread. The majority of Irish genetics is only from the Bronze Age. Most of Ireland was repopulated with Beakers approximately 4,000 years ago. I think anthropology especially the classifications is a lot of pseudo-science.
