Once again posting the beautiful, stable, capitalist and organized Dominican Republic San Domingo! Founded in 1496 by Colombus this city has around 3 milion people and its the main center of Hispaniola Island, its population is around 10-15% white, 40% black and 45-50% pardo mostly mulato! Its remember me Salvador a lot!

This metropolis is so unic that we need a lot of stereotypes to understand a little fraction of its atmosphere and all its complexity.

Salvador has a better skyline and the African culture there seems stronger from what I've seem even if both cities are similar demographic-wise. Los negros dominicanos assimilated faster compared the blacks from Cuba (and I'm suspecting that compared to the blacks from Salvador as well). It's because Cuba imported waaayyy more slaves, also they are of a really fresher stock , also they never stuck together to form an identify since mulattoes/pardos/blacks are the majority in the DR and the whities the minority, etc. In Cuba is the other way around or close to that.
Yes, I'd say Santo Domingo is ~40% dark mulatto/black/pred. SSA (Arlenis Sosa, Pedro Martinez, Sammy Sosa before bleaching, Chichi Peralta types basically). The rest pardo with 15% of brancos. It's funny because the people from the interior of the country like to stereotype capitalenos are "black" when the city itself has gigantic pardo and branco population in pure numbers LMAO.
