Argentines and foreigners once clamed the title Paris of the South for this city, even after the Argentine economic and political collapse this is city has a glamorous decay atmosphere and its one of my preferred on Earth.

Capitol of the most talked brazilian state on this forum, Minas Gerais. This great city above the highlands is belived to have the largest cocentration of white colonials probably on Earth. The city also has some presence of italian whites. No other place on Earth has so many whites of overwhelming colonial blood almost or even more than 300 years out of their homeland. Only Minas Gerais received more colonial settlers than all Hispanic America combined. Huge Chunk of the Portuguese Kingdom population was transferred to here. Despite Minas being a place where everything bad happens, like Brumadinho, Mariana, Dilma Rousseff and the 7-1. The state is very liked and admired by brazilians.
