If by Germanic you mean Nordic, no.
They look Central Europeans.
Main types are predominantly Alpine, Dinarics, Norics, Subnordids and yes, Meds.
Pure Nordics exist but they are not the norm .
My experience is that the above are true not only for South Tyrol but also for Austria, South Germany, and Switzerland (I have been to all the places I mentioned).

They look mostly Bavarian but some Southern European types do exist.

They look central european, can pass in Hungary, Czechia, Slovenia too.

They do in a way but it depends on what for you is a "Germanic look" if you mean ''Nordidd' phenotype than I guess most of them don't fit the bill. They seem similar to Swiss (German & Ladin speaking cantons). Many can pass as Slavic people - Polish people too but they'd not exactly be super typical.

Not really. They remind me of Rhaeto-Romance speakers in Switzerland / indigenous Alpine people.

From what I have seen, some of them look central european, others have a more south europe look.

These photos are not enough. But i think they look German, which is not necessarly the same thing as looking Germanic
