Got my living DNA results. According to my top four one population estimates on calculators are Austria, Slovenian and Hungarian and Croatian (quite usual).

Post your oracle mixed mode results. They are more telling than single population sharing results

Mixed mode oracle is only good for people who have various ancestry, hence for me is not the case, since based on my great grandparents I am 7/8 Hungarian and 1/8 Donauschwaben. I posted some mixed-mode results on this thread https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...n-and-Danubian, however they show very different results than my known ancestry, as I went a few centuries back in time with my family tree, and they all were largely Hungarians, in minor parts Donauschwaben and very little Slovaks, who all lived across Historic Southern Hungary. With Gedmatch calculators every person has to find individually which calculator or mode suits his known ancestry best, as there are many that create very misleading results.

Genetically on eurogenes k13 yes. Austrian is closer though. On other calculators not. From my knowledge the German part is from Northern Germany. There is a northern west euro and southern east euro mix that often plots me in that area.

What mixed mode population mode calculators works best for Hungarians? Any suggestions? For me like many others the calcs and estimates show very different results. Looking at relatives few Hungarians on gedmatch a smaller amount of Hungarians made a DNA test on an average compared to Western Europe.
