The two tests are somewhat contradictory. I always thought that 23andMe are the more reliable company, so based on that he also gets strong Hungarian results, but his Caucasian origin is stronger than with average Hungarians, probably explained by him being one-half Székely. Are these K13 results?

These results are quite similar to mine. I'm not entirely sure how Myheritage fares in comparison with the other testing companies, how far back in time do they analyze the genome, but they surely seem to show more Asian results to Hungarians than 23andMe for example.

3. North and West Europe 22.5%
4. Scandinavian 6.7%
5. West Asian 3.5%
6. Central Asian 2.5%
7. Irish, Scottish and Welsh 0.9%

Yes. K13 is best calculator. I stopped using others. Even K15 fails in comparison, because components are not as good neither balanced.
For him 23andme results make much more sense.

Target: Stears_23andme

It is normal that they have different results because raw data files have different SNPs.

It is possible to merge raw data files from different companies using PLINK software to get a combined "super file".

Also the merging order matters, Ancestry should be 1st because it has more SNPs.
