Do Punjabis look like Tamils with lighter skin?

I've seen both groups they both have Indic features. Their skin colours are different but their facial features are similar.

From afar, most indians will look like brown blobs but if you observe their features, facial metrics, skin texture, head sizes, and other factors closely there are huge differences.

I have not been to punjab but I have been to rajasthan and western UP. South indians in these areas stand out quite easily.

if they see differences between koreans, chinese, and japanese LOLL then I dont see why they would have trouble differentiating punjabis and tamils
