I personally don't understand your antagonism to Creoda or why you're so bothered in the first place? But that was only when I did seriously bad things. Like, I was really reactionary, and I would do the complete opposite of what I was being told not to do. Now, that I think back to it, I get really sad, because if I wasn't disciplined I would both really make my parents saddened and it would hurt the family as well (cannot tell about what, it's too personal).

In other words: I only got spanked when absolutely necessary. In adolescence and early adulthood we talk it out. Sometimes intensely, but we do resolve all of the issues and we're happy ever after.

I dont continue this practice though, i recall once i turned around 16 I almost physically fought my Dad on a few occasions during a time of argument partly because I
held it against him that he hit me when i was younger even though the hitting had been a disciplinary measure and not frequent i always held some resentment against him for it, thats why i would not repeat such measures to my kids.

Ye same every time my dad hit me I was more aggressive because of it so they tried to do it otherwise later on.

You can't beat your kids. Never! I still remember being offended by my father. I have never hit my daughter and I will never hit her. Childhood memories are very important for a person. But there are scumbag children who were born from scumbag parents. It is unlikely that a scumbag will beat his scumbag. Usually good children suffer from good parents who did not understand that it is impossible to do this

Your dad is a good person, my dad nearly beat my brothers to death and it severely fucked them up in life. I got away with only being flogged with a whip for some reason. Thanks dad.
